I bought this analog multimeter for U$11.20 on Dealextreme.
I have this tool for months and it is working perfectly, it is OEM, it came with all the cables and a manual, the manual has bad English in some parts, but it is not a problem for electronics experts.
Here is a photo with the multimeter, it's batteries (not included), it's box, it's probe leads and it's manual. Note: indicator of the measurement switch was painted by me with CD pen.
